​This session will focus on how executives can capture the flow of decisions from meetings, and connect them to the KPIs and outcomes that matter.

​Every week, leaders sit through endless updates. The challenge isn’t hearing the information — it’s making sure it turns into action and results. In this session we’ll show a system that helps executives:

​📝 Capture raw meeting inputs

​🏷️ Categorize them against KPIs, OKRs, and ongoing issues

​🤖 Use AI to expand and evaluate decision options

​♻️ Track decisions over time, linking them back to metrics and outcomes

Mark will start with a pre-built example to demonstrate the flow. Then Matt will present Mark with a new scenario to build out from scratch in a blank workspace — showing how messy meeting chatter can be transformed into a cycle of evidence, decisions, and results.
