About
We are living through one of the most liminal moments in history—where identity, technology, and culture shift faster than systems can adjust. This salon opens with Giovanna Crise, whose journey as an interdisciplinary designer reflects the fluidity, crises, and reinventions many of us are experiencing. Alongside fellow panelists, Arden Schager, Matías Piña, Wafi Abd—creative technologists, designers, artists, and entrepreneurs—we’ll explore how labels, roles, and disciplines are being redefined.
This is not only about art or design, but about how we navigate change together: unlearning fixed identities, questioning inherited categories, and imagining new ways of being human in a world where technology and culture are increasingly entangled. In particular, we’ll consider how the rise of AI reshapes creative practice and professional identity—demanding constant adjustment while industries themselves are still searching for their ground.

Organizer's Intention
I am organizing this salon with the spirit of sharing, balance, and fairness. My hope is to serve as a moderator who fosters conversations that feel meaningful and valuable for everyone, while also making space for my own growth alongside others. The rhythm I envision begins quietly and thoughtfully, creating room for reflection and presence. From there, the dialogue will open into the realities of struggle and the challenges we face. Yet rather than staying in difficulty, the conversation will move toward warmth and empathy, where stories are shared and emotional connections are built.
In this way, the salon becomes a circle of genuine exchange: calm and depth at the start, honesty and vulnerability in the middle, and a sense of closeness and care as we close. Participants leave not only with ideas, but with the warmth of having been genuinely seen.
