Revolution Motherhood x The Lanby: Eat. Move. Thrive.
Eat. Move. Thrive.
How nutrition and movement work together to support women’s health from preconception to postpartum and beyond.
Join The Lanby’s Registered Dietitian, Taylor Fazio, and Rachel Welch, founder of Revolution Motherhood, for a conversation that bridges two essentials of women’s health—nutrition and movement.
Together, they’ll explore how food and fitness work in tandem to support your body through every phase, from preconception to postpartum and beyond. Topics include:
How movement influences metabolism, digestion, and nutrient absorption
Why consistency matters more than intensity
How aligned nutrition supports recovery, energy, and long-term vitality
The common barriers (fear, time, money, and habit) that make change hard, and how to move through them
Expect an open, honest conversation that blends science with lived experience. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body’s needs and the tools to build sustainable habits that help you thrive.
The event will close with a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask Taylor and Rachel your own questions.
