About Event

A monthly gathering for your inner life.

You may be living with the loss of someone you love, a relationship that has ended or changed, a former version of yourself, or the life you thought you would have.

You may be navigating uncertainty, learning to accept what you cannot control, rebuilding trust in yourself, or gathering the courage to take a meaningful next step.

You may simply be longing for somewhere you can stop holding everything together and just be.

Soul Care Sundays offer you a place to slow down, listen inward, and be with what is here.

This season we hold space for grief and cultivating courage—two experiences that live beside one another and between us, reminding us that we’re not alone.

Through live classical music, gentle movement, breath, humming, poetry, rest, and reflection, you’ll be supported in meeting yourself with presence and tenderness. Everything is an invitation. You can participate in whatever way feels right for you.

Come as you are. Let the music meet you there.

Join us one Sunday each month at Pluto.

An intimate gathering with limited capacity.

THIS SUNDAY

Each Soul Care Sunday brings you a different collaborating artist. The music is thoughtfully chosen to open reflection, deepen feeling, and shape the emotional journey.

This Sunday, pianist Windsor Johnson joins us. The intention and music will be announced soon.
