As winter settles in and the days grow shorter, join us for Susty Social: Sauna + Sound Bath for Climate Hope, an intimate morning designed to restore warmth and connection for Minnesota’s sustainability and climate community. Together, we’ll slow down, sweat out stress, and reconnect with what fuels our work for people and the planet, honoring the gifts offered by both our bodies and the Earth.
Hosted at the beautiful Little Ember Co. sauna pop-up on Cedar Lake, this experience blends guided heat rounds, cold plunge, and a meditative sound bath into one deeply grounding night of care and renewal.
This special small-group gathering includes:
🔥 Guided Sauna + (Optional) Cold Plunge Rounds with Facilitators Danee Voss (Little Ember Co.) and Charly Frisk (Susty Social) — Featuring aromatherapeutic essential oils and guided conversation on climate, sustainability, and nature.
🌊 Sound Bath Meditation with Orion (Ecophonic) — Sink into resonance with crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies that restore inner balance in a Little Ember Co. sauna.
🍵 Tea Ritual + Closing Reflection — Choose from a selection of loose-leaf herbs (like spruce tip, mint, chamomile, and ginger) to blend your own personalized cup of tea. As you finalize crafting your tea, Veronica Mangio (Gifting Grove) will lead a closing reflection, inviting us to honor the gifts we receive from nature, from ourselves, and from our community, and to welcome the gifts the coming winter season may bring.
