I’ll guide you step-by-step on how to build a simple, connected P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement from scratch.

We’ll also create a cap table to visualize how the founder’s ownership dilutes over time based on different fundraising assumptions.

You’ll build everything directly in your own Excel — this hands-on approach makes it much easier to master the process.

Toyo Ushioda: Founder of World Finance Edu

With 20+ years in financial and operational management, he has held senior leadership roles including Global Head of FP&A at a US$125B asset management firm (Real Estate/PE/VC).

​Building on this experience, he founded World Finance Edu and is also an Angel Investor, VC Limited Partner, Venture Partner, and Financial Advisor.

​Currently, he is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of QuikBot Technologies, a pioneer in robotics and automation for smart cities.

​He is a Certified Public Accountant (Washington State) and holds an INSEAD Global Executive MBA as well as certificate in business excellence at Columbia Business School’s Private Equity & Venture Capital Program.
