​An IWD Special Event: Career transitions, wild rides & putting yourself first.
​Success doesn’t belong in a box. For this International Women’s Day, we are moving beyond the traditional "career ladder" to celebrate the pivots, the pauses, and the bold moves that actually define a modern career. Inspired by the #GiveToGain spirit, we’re bringing together three powerhouse women who have navigated the "wild rides" of corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and international relocation (just to name a few!).
​Join us for an evening of honest storytelling, strategic insights, and high-vibe networking. Whether you’re eyeing a promotion, navigating a return to work after kids, or considering a total career 180, this is your space to gain the clarity and confidence to build a path that actually fits you.

​6:00- 6:30 PM - Arrivals & Networking
​6:30- 7:30 PM - 🎤 Panel Discussion and Q&A
​7:30- 8:30 PM - More networking and great conversations 🙌
​8:30 PM – 👋 Event close
​💃 Dress code: Bring on the colours! No pressure to wear an entire pink suit; you can pick and choose how much of a "colour touch" you'll share with us! It is an evening celebration, after all. :)
​What to expect from the event:
​This event will be face-to-face, and spots are strictly limited to ensure that each participant has the opportunity to connect, interact, and make the most out of our time together.
​The event will be hosted by Flex by Grosvenor at the 25EP coworking space, located just a short walk from Victoria Station.
​What you will need to bring:
​Your positivity, energy, and any questions on your mind regarding career success, transitions, and pivots!
​You might also want to bring something to write on, like your favourite notebook.

​Joana Fonseca Orvalho is a career clarity coach, facilitator, and corporate leader with over 13 years of experience in banking and more than 4 years running a successful full-time coaching practice. Originally from Portugal and now based in West London, Joana is a mother of two who understands first-hand the challenges of navigating ambition, confidence, and fulfilment alongside real life.
​After four years supporting women to get unstuck, gain clarity, and make bold career moves, Joana has recently returned to the corporate world as Chief of Staff—bringing a powerful blend of strategic leadership, coaching expertise, and lived experience. Her work focuses on helping women simplify career decisions, build confidence, and take aligned action with clarity and intention.
