About Event

Most of us think our way through the day. This is two hours to feel, breathe and be.

A guided conscious connected breathwork session, followed by creative flow time and integration circle.

Please read through all the information before booking.

What is conscious connected breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a circular, continuous breath with no pauses and no breaks. It gently moves you out of the thinking mind and into the body, where a lot of what we carry actually lives. Tension, stress, and emotion that never quite had a way to release get one.

Physically, CCB increases oxygen flow through the body. This can reduce inflammation, release muscular tension and shift your nervous system out of a stress state.

Why breath, and why creative expression?

Breath takes you to places the mind can't reach. It works below thought, so you don't have to work anything out first.

Creative expression gives what surfaces somewhere to land. After breathwork, words often don't come. Making a mark, a shape, or a line lets you process without explaining yourself or making sense of it. There's no skill needed and nothing to show anyone.

Together, the breath opens things up and the creative time helps you stay with what's there instead of rushing past it. The circle lets you be heard, and hear others, before you go back into your evening.

What the evening looks like

  • Arrive and settle: welcome, how the session works, safety and setting up for the practice.

  • Prepare: grounding and learning the breath, so you feel confident before we begin.

  • Conscious connected breathwork: facilitated by Ishana, with music to accompany. You'll be lying down, in your own space, with your camera on.

  • Creative flow: guided by Laura. Open, gentle, and unstructured, to process and integrate what came up.

  • Closing integration circle: a space to share, if you want to. Sharing is always optional.

Who it's for

Anyone curious about breathwork and creative expression. You don't need any experience of either.

It might be for you if you:

  • feel stuck in your head and want to get back into your body

  • are carrying stress, emotion or tension that won't shift

  • want a slower way to end a day

  • feel creatively blocked

  • want to connect with others in a space that isn't performative

Who it's not for (or not without a conversation first)

CCB is powerful, and it isn't right for everyone. Please speak to Ishana before booking if you:

  • are pregnant

  • have epilepsy or a history of seizures

  • have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or a history of stroke or aneurysm

  • have glaucoma or a risk of detached retina

  • have severe asthma or another respiratory condition

  • have had recent surgery or a significant injury

  • have a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or panic attacks

  • are going through an acute mental health crisis, or a very recent trauma or loss

  • have been advised by a doctor to avoid intense breathing or a raised heart rate

If you're not sure, get in touch anyway - we'll talk it through together and decide what's safe for you. There's no pressure to explain more than you want to.

How to prepare

We'll send you exactly what to bring and how to prepare before the session once you have booked your place. In the meantime, here's a short list of what you'll need:

  • A quiet space where you can lie down and won't be disturbed

  • A stable internet connection

  • Your camera on for the whole session. This is for safety, so we can see you're okay and support you if needed.

  • No food for 1 hour before. Have a light meal earlier and stay hydrated.

  • No alcohol or recreational drugs before the session

  • Comfortable clothes. Headphones help if you have them.

  • At least 30 mins free afterwards. Please don't schedule anything demanding straight after. Give yourself time to land, drink water, and go slowly.

Good to know

  • Please join on time. For safety, we can't admit anyone once the breathwork has begun.

  • What's shared in the circle stays in the circle. Sharing is always optional.

  • The session isn't recorded.

  • You're in control. You can slow your breath, pause, or step out at any point. We'll show you how at the start.

  • This is not therapy or medical treatment. It's a supportive practice and doesn't replace professional care.

If you have any questions, please drop us a message.

Save your space, we'd love to breathe with you.
