​Join us on Saturday 18th to reconnect with your body, embrace your femininity, and meet like-minded women.

The dance session will be at a studio in Centre Civic Barceloneta from 16h to 17:30 + coffee at Anis Café afterwards if you want to join <3

We’ll explore body connection, self-expression, and confidence through group exercises, feminine movement inspired by dancehall and commercial styles, and a short empowering choreography.

just bring water and wear something comfortable that makes you feel good. loose clothing always works best ♡
