Why robotics pilots stall (and how to see it coming)
Pilots rarely die in one visible failure. They stall quietly: estimates wrong by a factor of five, categories of work nobody planned for, value the customer never quite sees. Two months becomes six and nobody can point to the week it happened.
This is a working session, not a talk. Bring a project that ran long. We'll run a short self-diagnostic, then a live hot seat where volunteers describe a pilot gone sideways and we diagnose it on the spot. You'll leave with three things to try Monday morning.
Hosted by Antonio Bojorges and Shiv Panjwani, Co-founders of Agilow, an AI-native project management firm helping robotics teams forecast timelines and finish projects on time, founded at Carnegie Mellon and based in Pittsburgh.
Who should come: founders, engineers, researchers, and consultants working on robotics or physical AI pilots.
