Each season is an experiment, and this one is all about wild greens. ​The two founders, Owen and Haomi, didn’t come from a traditional culinary background. What they did bring was curiosity. After years of living and working in other cities, they chose Taitung for its slow-food culture, building deep relationships with local producers — from foraged greens to glutinous rice wine lees. Their brunch isn’t about flashy plating; it’s about honest flavors and real connections. Every bite carries the story of the land and the people behind it.
