About the Event
Women are delivering measurable climate impact across adaptation, resilience, clean energy, and nature-based solutions, yet they remain dramatically underfinanced.
Outcome-based and blended finance structures offer a credible pathway to help close this gap by tying capital to verified results and rewarding the institutions that deliver them.
A growing range of metrics, methodologies, and verification tools is making gender outcomes increasingly measurable—and potentially investable.
The question now is how to bring these instruments together with the capital, policy, and market infrastructure needed to move from pilots to scale.
This stakeholder dialogue will convene global leaders across climate finance, blended finance, impact investing, catalytic capital, gender-responsive measurement and verification, and financial inclusion to explore how outcome-based finance can mobilize greater capital toward women-centered climate solutions.
Designed as a facilitated roundtable rather than a traditional panel, the session will feature a brief framing presentation followed by three rounds of focused discussion. The format is intended to encourage candid, practical, and action-oriented exchange rather than prepared remarks.
