Hands‑on testing with QE agents w/ Dragan Spiridonov – Claude code edition
Join us for a practical meetup in Belgrade where Dragan Spiridonov, Agentic Quality Engineer and ambassador for the Agentics Foundation chapter in Serbia, will lead you through testing with specialized QE agents live from Claude Code. In this session, you’ll move from setup to running your agentic QE fleet, with Dragan guiding how to structure agents, orchestrate swarms, and embed them into real‑world quality and development tasks.
His approach is simple: Quality must be built in, not tested in. Best practices are contextual, not universal. And in the age of AI agents, we need quality systems that are Proactive, Autonomous, Collaborative, and Targeted (PACT).
Hint: He usually invites attendees to propose an open-source project, which he then tests live during the event.
About Dragan Spiridonov
Role & background:
Dragan brings 30+ years in IT and 12 in quality engineering, with a long track record in testing, quality leadership, and consulting. He’s a global speaker at conferences such as Agile Testing Days and a key volunteer in the wider Agile‑testing community.Agentic work:
He is a Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Agentics Foundation and is also building the Serbian Agentic Foundation Chapter, where he helps define frameworks like PACT and SPARC for agentic engineering and orchestrates multi‑agent quality systems.Current focus:
Dragan runs his own practice, Quantum Quality Engineering, focusing on “Agentic QE” – integrating autonomous agents into testing, code‑quality, and risk‑analysis workflows while keeping humans in the loop.
Agenda
18:00 Gathering & networking
18:20 Short intro
Why “agentic” engineering matters.
How agents change testing, code quality, and delivery.
18:30 Hands‑on agent testing with Claude Code
Step‑by‑step Claude Code setup (project structure, .claude folder, persistent instructions, and custom skills).
Live demo and creation of one or more agents that read code, run checks, and generate reports or fixes.
If you bring your own code project or repo, Dragan will help you turn part of it into an agent‑driven workflow on the spot.
19:15 – Networking with bites and drinks
Who's this for?
