Agents That Improve Themselves: A Builders' Dinner
Agents that improve themselves are moving out of research and into products. For that to work, an agent has to remember what it learned, decide what's worth keeping, and use it the next time. We're getting a small group of founders and researchers building self-improving agents together to compare notes. It's a dinner for 12, and we're only inviting people working on this directly.
Three tables, each on a different part of the problem:
What to remember: experience, skills and reflections, and what to throw away
How it gets better: feedback loops, verifiers and evals
Keeping it on track: drift, forgetting and safety
5:30 – 6:00 · Arrivals and drinks
6:00 – 7:00 · Dinner at your table
7:00 – 8:00 · Switch tables or stay, then each table shares what came up
8:00 – 8:30 · Open hangout
Guests include builders from Anthropic and teams working on self-improving agents. It's a chance to learn how others are approaching the same problems, compare notes on what's worked and what hasn't, and leave with a few ideas to try the next day.
Hosted by Trail. Seats are limited.
