​Himalayan Sound & Vibrational Immersion

​Vedic Vibes welcome you in for a unique, transformative experience like no other in a beautiful safe space, offering sacred healing where sound is not only heard, but vibrations and frequencies are felt through every cell of your being. In this Sound & Vibrational Immersion, authentic Himalayan singing bowls—handcrafted in the Himalayas and blessed in the holy waters of the Ganga river —are played directly on your body. Layered with ancient gongs, nature and water inspired instruments offer you an immersive escape from your daily stress and anxiety, to blisffuly floating away in a far off land with waterfall seed rattles, rainstick, ocean drums, chimes, solfeggio healing frequencies, tuning forks and other indigenous healing instruments.

​Each vibration dissolves tension, releases stored emotions & toxins and restores balance - allowing every cell in your body to repair and rejuvenate beautifully and gently.

​Guided breathwork prepares you to receive this modified ancient practice. Practitioner Sarah Kuruvilla, trained through two sabbaticals in the Himalayas, has curated her own unique delivery of an ancient holistic practice to our South Bay community to students, seniors and underserved communities with devotion and care. This is more than a sound bath—it is a profound full body immersion into vibrational resonance, leaving you deeply rested, renewed, and reconnected. Participants have shared increased clarity and focus, anxiety and stress relief, reduced physiological pain, sinus, migranes and 4-6 weeks of improved sleep and vivid dream activation after a single session.

​After our session, we'll share a refreshing drink while participants have the opportunity to share their visualisations and transformative experiences.

​Pricing: $55 for 1.5 hour session and includes a refreshing drink.

  • ​The studio is located in my former garage. The way to access it is to take the 3 steps to the right of the driveway and follow the path and steps down to the side entrance.

• ​Please be sure not to eat anything for 1-1.5 hours prior to the session and wear loose comfortable clothing to lie down in.

• ​No zippers and buttons preferably as I play instruments on the body.

• ​I provide all other materials, yoga mats, pillows, blankets, eye masks, lavender-flaxseed eye pillows and essential oils. 🥰
