Innovators in Practice: Challenging the Status Quo — Non-Obvious Patterns & Transformational Leadership
Join Danielle Cohn for an Innovators in Practice session designed to inspire you to challenge the status quo at every stage of a company or career. Danielle will highlight the power of non-obvious pattern recognition — spotting signals others miss — and how this skill, paired with elite communication, unlocks innovative thinking and drives transformational outcomes.
About Danielle:
Danielle is the former founder and head of Comcast NBCUniversal’s global accelerator, LIFT Labs, where she built programs that launched more than 100 startups and connected a network of 3,000+ founders across future-of-work, customer experience, accessibility, media, and connectivity. She now leads Wave Ventures, advising companies on growth strategy, startup–enterprise partnerships, business development, and leadership, and is the Founder & CEO of My Inspirement™, a nonprofit lifestyle-decisioning platform helping people of all ages plan, share, and live a greater life, together.
This event is part of Yale Ventures’ Innovators in Practice series, a speaker and workshop program that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and experts to train Yale’s Venture Associates in the fundamentals of startup leadership and venture creation. Each session offers candid, experience-based perspectives on the challenges and rewards of building impactful companies.
