A significant part of Scott’s work centers on the data privacy and cybersecurity needs of clients, where he offers deep knowledge of general and sector-specific regulatory challenges.

• ​Nancy Mwirotsi - Founder & Exec Director of PI515

  • ​Nancy Mwirotsi is the Founder of Pursuit of Innovation (Pi515), a nonprofit expanding access to STEM education and digital opportunity for refugees, young women, and students of color. Since founding Pi515 in 2014, she has supported students in graduating high school and pursuing post secondary education and led a statewide Digital Inclusion campaign that provided internet access and digital literacy training to over hundreds of Iowans. Her leadership has been recognized by the Des Moines Business Record, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and national media including The Atlantic and USA Today.

• ​Paul Desmond - Founder and Vision + Design Director of Form Function Studio, a mission-focused, values-based architecture and design practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He leads a people-first studio dedicated to “Elevating the Everyday” through intentional work across diverse building typologies, including residential, commercial, civic, and worship spaces, strengthening communities throughout the region.
