​Join the Women of Customer Success London Chapter for a brand-new event format - this time we're opening up the stage to our own community members, giving them the chance to share the brilliant work they're doing.

​The CS role is changing quickly. Titles like "Customer Success Engineer" and "Forward Deployed Engineer" point to a more technical, more strategic kind of professional - one who sits much closer to the product and the business. AI is speeding all of this up, and the teams getting ahead aren't just using it. They've built a proper system around it.

​This evening is about what that looks like in practice.

​In our "AI Show & Tell" session, women from our own community will get up on stage and show the automations they're building themselves - and walk us through exactly how they've done it. No theory, no slideware. Just real workflows from women in the room, and the step-by-step behind them.

​There will be plenty of time for Q&A after each "demo" and of course plenty of time to mingle afterwards with refreshments, thanks to Optimizely.
