​2-2:40: Stretching presentation & Q&A led by Aaron Acosta, General Manager of Stretch Lab South Lamar

​Why stretch? What does stretching do for our bodies? How can we incorporate stretching as part of our daily ritual?

​"Hi, I’m Aaron Acosta, I work for StretchLab as General Manager and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I am a Native Texan, went to college at University of North Texas, and studied business administration. I’ve always gravitated towards fitness in general and working on my own body inspired me to help others reach their potential. It allows me to challenge myself, and there is always something to work on!"

​2:40-3:30: Open stretch table use with oversight provided by Stretch Lab and/or socializing with other recipients.
