What does it look like when a woman leads AI — not as an outsider, but as a champion, a builder, and a community creator?

We're thrilled to welcome Jena Zangs for an intimate, inspiring conversation about women in tech, AI, and what's possible.

Jena Zangs is the Chief Data & AI Officer at the University of St. Thomas. She leads Women in AI Minnesota, a thriving community supporting women in artificial intelligence, and recently won the Lovable Hackathon Season 2 — proof that she doesn't just talk about AI, she builds with it.

Jena is a local American leader who genuinely wants to see immigrant women succeed — and she's here to show us that support, encouragement, and opportunity exist right here in our communities.

Format: Q&A — not a lecture, not a presentation.

This is a real, open conversation. Come with your questions about AI, career pivots, visibility in tech, how to get started, and anything in between. Jena is here to encourage, share, and connect.
