Siddharth Parashar
Siddharth is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Even, where he leads hiring and talent strategy for one of India’s fastest-growing healthcare startups. His work focuses on how AI is reshaping hiring, credibility, and the future of work - particularly in high-growth startup environments.
Over the past decade, Siddharth has worked across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and startup ecosystems, building talent functions and leading hiring across India and global markets. At TopSource, he led hiring across 12 countries, helping scale international teams across multiple geographies and functions.
He has also been part of the early-stage startup ecosystem through Entrepreneur First and 91springboard, working closely with founders, operators, and emerging companies at different stages of growth. Across roles at companies including Instamojo, Auquan, TopSource, and Even, Siddharth has built teams and hiring systems from the ground up, with a particular interest in how exceptional talent is identified, evaluated, and scaled in rapidly changing markets.

Elise Tan
Elise is the Founder of Asia Startup Network (ASN), a fast-growing platform of over 4,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners across Southeast Asia. Karn Malhotra (Moderator)
Karn is the ASN Lead in India and the founder of Humanly Brands, where he works with senior leaders and deep-tech, purpose-driven founders to develop founder-led marketing and thought leadership platforms. He is also the founder of Poai - an Ai Product & Community Collective in Goa, India.
Previously he founded Exit Design, a successful B2B brand strategy & design firm, Outlined - an AI design automation platform and he has led marketing functions at Talent 500 & Neol, two growth-stage, venture-funded technology companies.
His work sits at the convergence of product strategy, storytelling, and emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on contributing to the AI ecosystem.

In 2021, Elise and Andrew organised Makan For Hope Festival (with zero budget), a series of 30 virtual roundtables featuring VC managing partners and founders from notable startups like PropertyGuru, Shopback, and Carousell. The festival drew participation from 500 attendees, raising $123,000 in charity donations. In the past 6 years, they raised $200,000 in total donations for charities.
