Omarchy is coming to Chennai

A community meetup for Linux users, developers, tinkerers, open-source enthusiasts, and Linux nerds.

This is a limited-seat community meetup for people who genuinely love Linux and open source.

Please register only if you genuinely plan to attend and participate. We’re keeping the group intentionally small so everyone gets a chance to talk, share, learn, and connect.

Everyone speaks. Everyone participates. Everyone contributes.

Important: Entry is ₹200, fully redeemable on food & beverages. This amount is collected as part of the cafe's entry policy, not an event fee.

What to expect

Show & Tell

Show us your Omarchy setup, Linux desktop, or distro of choice.

Share your dotfiles, themes, keybindings, terminal workflows, scripts, tools, customisations, or anything you've been tinkering with.

No slides. No formal presentation required. Just open your setup and show us what you've built.

Omarchy Installation Party

Want to try Omarchy?

Bring your laptop and install Omarchy alongside other community members. Already using Omarchy? Come help others get started and share what you've learned.

If you're planning to install Omarchy, make sure to back up your important data beforehand.

Linux & Open Source Conversations

Talk about Linux, window managers, terminals, open-source tools, self-hosting, automation, AI tools, custom setups, workflows, and whatever else you've been experimenting with.

Open Session

Got a configuration problem? A strange Linux issue? A workflow you're trying to improve?

Bring it along. We'll figure it out together.

Who is this for?

• Linux users

• Omarchy users

• Developers and engineers

• Open-source enthusiasts

• Linux nerds

• People curious about Linux

You don't need to be an expert. You don't need to use Omarchy. But you should be genuinely interested in Linux and willing to participate.

What to bring

Bring your laptop if you want to show your setup, install Omarchy, experiment with Linux, troubleshoot something, or work alongside other attendees.

No laptop? No problem.

You can still join the conversations, see what others are building, exchange ideas, and meet fellow Linux enthusiasts.

This is a community-run event organised by Omarchy users. It is not an official Omarchy or Omacom Foundation event.
