Felix Oen is a Mentor for Stanford CARE and nine other medical institutions worldwide, with expertise in bioinformatics, biodesign, and translational medicine. A recognized leader in the global biodesign community, he embodies Stanford Biodesign’s mission to bring together the world’s most promising minds to investigate, inspire, and innovate for a healthier world.
He is the Founder of TikaHealth Limited, a bioinformatics-driven, personalized medical application that uses deep learning analytics for liver health and liver cancer. His work is making a tangible impact in communities across Asia.
Felix is also a key contributor to the Biomedical Engineering Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship Alliance Asia Pacific (BME IDEA), fostering collaboration among medical innovators to shape the future of medical technology. His core competencies include MedTech, bioinformatics, AI computational science, and CAR-T immunotherapy development, especially in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). He is part of the Stanford community as well as the MIT-Harvard Medical Innovation Program.
About Dr. Toh Han Chong
Dr. Toh Han Chong is Deputy CEO of the National Cancer Centre Singapore and Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He earned his BSc (Intercalated) in Infection and Immunity from the University of London and his medical degree from the University of Cambridge, UK.
He completed oncology and translational research fellowships at Singapore General Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. An alumnus of the Harvard Business School General Management Program, Dr. Toh has received numerous honors, including the National Senior Clinician Scientist Award (2017), National Medical Excellence Award (2018), and the NMRC STaR Award (2022).
He serves as Scientific Faculty for Cancer Immunology & Immunotherapy at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and will chair Investigational Immunotherapy at the ESMO Annual Congress 2026 in Madrid, Spain. Dr. Toh has published more than 160 peer-reviewed journal articles.
