About Event

Join us for EchoHer Investor Talk #2, the second conversation in EchoHer’s ongoing series exploring industries, entrepreneurship, and the people shaping emerging sectors.

For this edition, we’re diving into AgTech with Tim Koide, Head of Partnerships at Reservoir, and David Nothmann, an AgTech executive, advisor, and startup operator. The conversation will be moderated by Neeraj Singh.

Drawing on their experiences working across agriculture, technology, startups, partnerships, and innovation, Tim and David will share their perspectives on the AgTech ecosystem and what they’re seeing from inside the industry.

This will be an open conversation, with room to explore their experiences, lessons learned, current trends, and the opportunities and challenges facing people building in AgTech today.

Whether you're a founder, investor, operator, or simply curious about AgTech, come join the conversation.

Speakers:

Neeraj Singh is an M&A advisor and founder of B2GC, an advisory practice helping founders build acquisition-ready companies through stronger governance, decision-making infrastructure, leadership alignment, and board readiness.

His work focuses on the human infrastructure behind company growth: how founders and teams make decisions under pressure, reduce founder dependence, and build organizations that are more investable and easier for future buyers to trust.

Tim Koide is the Head of Partnerships at Reservoir, a deep-tech incubator focused on rugged ai in agriculture, where he leads startup and corporate partnerships. Prior to the Reservoir, Tim was part of the founding team of the Oakland Ballers Baseball Club, leading and building the revenue organization there. Tim also led Open Innovation Strategy in Silicon Valley at The Coca-Cola Company, developing programs that connected emerging technologies and startups with R&D, venture, M&A, and business teams. A glutton for punishment, he has been a co-founder, or part of the founding team of five startups, largely at the intersection of ag, food, climate, and community. He is a graduate of BYU and Johns Hopkins University. His favorite job is being a dad.

David Nothmann is an agtech executive, advisor, and startup operator focused on scaling innovation across agriculture, food, and climate. He has led commercial, product, and corporate development teams in early‑stage ventures and global organizations, helping founders turn breakthrough science into market traction. A committed ally to women leaders in AgTech and FoodTech, David champions equitable access to capital and visibility for underrepresented founders. He has served as an executive, board member, and investor across the ag‑innovation ecosystem and is currently COO of a stealth startup. David is a graduate of Tufts University and NYU’s Stern School of Business and supports #NextGenAg talent through organizations including Cultivating Change Foundation, Agriculture Future of America, San Francisco Farm Bureau, and Farm Foundation.
