Before we give love, we must grow it. 🍂💛
Because:
By recharging ourselves, we recharge each other.
That’s were love begins.
But it isn’t always easy to follow that order.
That’s why,
on this Sunday afternoon,
we create a space to embrace autumn with (self)love. ✨
✍️ We begin by writing our way inward, guided by Yarita (Time to Expresso, journal included). Through different writing exercises, you’ll be invited to discover your current inner world, focusing on reflection & introspection.
🙌 From there, we move from words to sound: letting what was written soften & settle in. This live music concert will be guided by Solange, Passie, Giulia & Pascalle. Here, you’ll be invited to ‘just’ receive love through live music. Songs that hold the same intention: to let love grow.
Think blankets, pillows, tea, guitars, gentle massages from Yarita, and space to sing along if your heart feels called. 🕯

12:00 - 12:30: opening ritual, meditation & introduction
12:30 - 13:15: words & writing (guided by Yarita)
13:15 - 13:30: sharing, reflecting & break
13:30 - 14:30: live music concert
14:30 - 14:45: closing ritual, sharing & reflecting
14:45 - 15:00: leaving with love
