This will be a practical, hands-on session designed specifically for early-stage B2C founders who are trying to understand where AI fits within their business. Rather than focusing heavily on individual AI tools, we want to help participants understand how to identify the right business problems first, evaluate where AI can realistically help, and then build practical workflows around those opportunities.
We will explore areas such as customer acquisition, lead generation, sales and marketing, customer engagement, internal operations, workflow automation, data readiness, and responsible AI adoption.
A major theme will be helping founders move from AI experimentation to AI implementation while avoiding unnecessary complexity, technology for technology’s sake, or adopting AI without a clear business outcome.
We also want founders to understand that successful AI adoption begins with strong processes, clear business objectives, and good data. Our philosophy at OnStack is very much systems before AI.
