What the day has in store for you
Morning: where finance is going
Working groups set by industry and company stage. A pre-seed finance function looks nothing like a Series B one, and neither do the AI opportunities. Each group maps out what an AI-native finance function looks like in their world: what changes, what doesn't, and what the finance leader's job becomes.
enki will do the work to collate it all into a paper on where the finance function is heading across industries and stages, written by the CFOs actually running them.
Afternoon: build it
After lunch we move into a traditional hackathon, with workshops split by skill level so whether you're just getting started with AI or already building agents regularly, there's a track for you. Either build the systems that bring your morning strategy to life, or work on your own automations and agents for your clients. Engineers and AI specialists on hand throughout.
End of day: showcase and drinks (optional)
Present what you've built, then drinks on the rooftop.
