About Event

Are you the parent of a 6th or 7th grader with ADHD or dyslexia?

Do you see how their learning difference can sometimes chip away at their confidence, even though you know how bright they are?

Are you looking for a way to help them feel empowered, capable, and proud of how their brain works?

Join me for a day of learning, community, and real talk about what it means to be neurodivergent and how to thrive because of it.

When I was in second grade, the kids around me were flying through Harry Potter. I was still sounding out the letters.  In elementary school, I was bullied because of my ADHD and dyslexia. I remember thinking, Why me?

What I didn’t know then is that 15–20% of kids are neurodivergent in some way. I wasn’t alone. I just didn’t have the tools.

That’s why I started Neurosparkly: to help students understand that their neurodivergence isn’t a weakness. It’s a superpower!

At our Neurosparkly Day, students will:

  • Learn how ADHD and dyslexia actually work in the brain

  • Understand the neuroscience behind focus, memory, and learning

  • Build executive function skills they can use immediately

  • Practice strategies in fun, interactive, and dynamic activities

  • Connect with other kids who get it

They’ll leave with real tools. Real confidence. And a real sense of community from someone who wishes she had learned this just a few years earlier.

Because when kids understand their brain, everything changes.
