How to: Use your enneagram to be more effective at work
About the Session:
Have you ever felt overlooked in meetings, underestimated in your role, or pressured to act “just right” to be taken seriously? Do you find yourself adjusting how you speak, lead, or show up — just to fit expectations that seem somehow... "off?"
During this 1-hour workshop, we'll explore how your enneagram type may be influencing how you show up, so that you can understand why certain expectations may not resonate. In this interactive session, we’ll explore how your type shapes your experience, reveal why workplace bias may be affecting you differently, and learn how self-awareness can boost your influence.
If you haven't heard of this assessment before, simply put, the Enneagram assigns nine distinct personality types, each with its own motivations, fears, and internal dynamics. Understanding your Enneagram type provides invaluable insights into your strengths, challenges, communication style, and how you naturally respond to situations. As you'll learn during our time together, knowing your type can be a game-changer for growth.
And, just for OGC members, we'll have a discounted rate at the end of the workshop for a package that includes both the iEQ9 assessment and a private 90-minute debrief session so that you can continue your transformation well into the future.
About the Host:
With 25 years leading HR functions across scaling organizations, I know firsthand how corporate life moves—and what it takes to make a meaningful shift: one conversation, one insight, one brave choice at a time. After decades in the corporate world, I knew that it was time to take the leap to build a coaching practice rooted in soul and strategy, empowering people to face their challenges with clarity and courage.
By leveraging targeted assessments (like Enneagram, ) I can help clients uncover the underlying assumptions, motivations, blind spots, and triggers that shape their behavior. This awareness becomes a springboard for transformation—igniting motivation, strengthening collaboration, enhancing leadership, and unlocking greater professional impact. My mission is to help everyone step fully into their potential, communicate with authenticity, and lead with confidence and purpose.
