Harvest Moon Holiday Market

​Harvest Moon is back and bigger than ever...in a new location!

​To kick off the holiday season, we are gathering the top artists, makers, and boutiques for a unique holiday shopping market. Friday night will be a private opening for the friends and family of the Elmcrest Board Members, an exclusive kick off to the weekend with live music and open bar. Tickets for the VIP opening will be $50 and sold directly through Elmcrest.

​The main event on Saturday/Sunday will be open to the public with $10 admission available for purchase at the door. This one-of-a-kind shopping event will directly benefit Elmcrest Children’s Center in Syracuse.

​Vendors are required to set up for all three days:

​Friday, November 7th from 6-8pm (VIP Event)

​Saturday, November 8th from 10-5pm (Open to the Public)

​Sunday, November 9th from 10-3pm (Open to the Public)

​Your vendor fee of $200 includes a 12x8' booth space in the heated greenhouse, brand exposure across our advertising platforms, electricity and wi-fi access. Vendors are responsible for their own table and chairs.

​Vendors agree to ​promote the event on their channels, use marketing materials (flyers and social media graphics) provided, and grant the host permission to use their name, logo, and images in marketing relating to promoting the event.

​Additionally, vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, venue, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation. Vendors are responsible for damages to the venue caused by their setup, products, or actions.
