Some of us still read every diff. Others have gone full Gas Town, with dozens of agents running in parallel, focusing on throughput. Some teams have settled on spec-driven development, or just improvising depending on the task.

There's probably no single right way to work with coding agents. It depends on whether you're starting a new project or babysitting production. And picking one for a whole team is a different problem than picking one for yourself: what works for one strong engineer doesn't necessarily survive contact with five people, a review queue and a production incident.
