About Event

Midweek Mindfulness is a free community program sponsored by Generations Health Care Initiatives and is designed to help Twin Ports-based community leaders, changemakers, and practitioners of care cultivate clarity, inner strength, and sustainable leadership through mindfulness and collective care.

This program is part of the Resilient Leaders Project and aims to support collective care for our community with a focus on leadership—providing rest, support, connection and mindfulness. For the purpose of this program, leadership is self-defined—in our vocations and at home. If self-leadership and mind mastery speaks to you in any way, we invite you to join us.
