​For the return of Customer Success India Office Hours, we’re starting with the topic the community voted for: AI in CS.

​This is a practical, peer-led session for people working in Customer Success. We’ll exchange real-world examples, discuss questions and challenges, and learn from how others are approaching AI in their work.

When we asked the community to vote on topics for our return, AI in CS received the most votes, so that’s where we’re starting.

​Come ready to share a use case, a question, or something you’re curious about. You don’t need to be an AI expert.

We’ll have time for small-group discussion, so bring a use case, question, or challenge you’d like to think through with other CS practitioners.
