Breathwork x Watercolour

​Join us for an outdoor breathwork & watercolour painting workshop at Withrow Park Toronto.

​Over the course of 2 hours, you will be guided through a breathwork session by Jeyda Deyna and a free flow watercolour landscape by Rue Grewal.

​We’ll be creating a quick watercolour sketch to open up our practice. You’ll learn the fundamentals and techniques of watercolour paints, all at a comfortable, slow pace that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the process. You’ll be painting on watercolour paper, and will have plenty of one-on-one guidance throughout the session. All materials are provided.
