​We are thrilled to let our community know that the terms on this round are unlike anything you'll see in a typical angel deal- it is what makes this so exciting, and also why we're up against the clock: Your investment is matched dollar-for-dollar by the State of New Jersey. You can receive 40% back as a tax credit in cash. And we have a very tight window to pull this off- by May 8th!

​To put it simply: for every $10,000 you invest, the state puts in another $10,000 and you get $4,000 back. You're out of pocket You're out of pocket $6,000, and The Fourth Effect receives $20,000. Investments are made through an SPV hosted by our trusted partner, Play Money. You can invest directly, from an IRA, or from a DAF. The minimum check is $5,000.
