Introducing Eagle: How We're Fixing Banking, Investing & IRS Taxes For Americans Abroad ๐บ๐ธ
โBanking, Investing & IRS Taxes as an American in Europe is hard. Banks and brokers turn you away the moment they see a US passport. European ETFs are considered PFICs and come with punishing US tax treatment. And don't even get us started on the fees for sending money back home ๐ญ
โThat's why we're fixing it! Eagle is built by Americans abroad who face exactly these problems, we understand your pain because we face it ourselves. In this session we'll show you what we're building and how it tackles them.
โWe'll cover:
โHow we're addressing the key problems facing us as American expats (FATCA, PFICs and FBAR)
โA first look at Eagle: how we're approaching banking, investing and US taxes for Americans abroad
โLive Q&A, so bring your questions
โThis event is open to any American expat around the world or any American looking to leave the US
