​Dear CEMSies ❤️ We’re launching the CEMS Run Club again this term and can’t wait to get moving with you!

​📍 Route: Waterfront → bridge → back to Cais de Sodré

​To ease in, we’ll have two pace groups:
• 6 km @ 5:30/km
• 4 km @ 6:30/km
(We’ll adjust as we go — everyone is welcome! 🫶🏼)

​💛 Runs will take place every Thursday

​Depending on demand, we may also add extra runs from Nova SBE Campus.
