Exploring Careers with AI: Lessons Learned from the Career E-Sandbox

​How can AI help us explore career possibilities without simply telling us what to do? In this interactive session, we’ll explore lessons learned from the development of Career E-Sandbox and experiment with how AI can support career discovery, compare career options, and challenge assumptions. Attendees will work in small groups to try prompts, refine questions, and examine how different approaches to AI-assisted career exploration produce different insights and limitations. Please bring your own internet-connected device so you can participate in the hands-on activities.
