Copenhagen Legal Tech #FirstTuesday
STOP BUYING THE PITCH... START BUYING THE PROOF!
Nobody demos the problems: what really decides whether a deal, a product or a partnership holds.
Due diligence is still treated as a legal and financial checklist, yet the risks that sink deals sit in the systems, the services, and the people behind them.
This First Tuesday puts it “all” on the table, honestly.
This is a slightly different First Tuesday, as it includes a special book launch before your 2027 investment strategy closes, and a fitting way to wrap up a year of multiple AI decisions where you probably also forgot to ask the right questions...
PROGRAMME
Talk: Our own board member Pernille Korzon kicks off the conversation with her new book, System & Service Due Diligence Done Right!, and why every product is 50% system and 50% service.
Panel debate: the true value landscape, with the buyer, the seller and the customer on what the pitch leaves out, and what it takes to buy the proof. Analysed as a great deal, bought on a promise, integration planned with a little “mirror, mirror on the wall”, and then the first payment clashes with the yearly investment budget…
(M&A) The Buyer, on the risks that only show up after the deal is signed.
(Founder / Vendor) The Seller, on what they wish they’d fixed long before anyone asked.
(End user) The Customer, on the questions nobody asked them before the promise met daily use.
Signed copies of the book will be available, and they make a rather clever Christmas present ;)
(Location and speakers to be announced)
1 of December · Doors open at 15.30, and we kick off at 16.00 · Networking and drinks until 18.00
