Every Wednesday morning, I (Ariel) will be walking around Sloan's Lake Park🚶♀️
As it starts to get cooler and darker out, I tend to have a harder time motivating to get outside. But I know I ALWAYS feel better once I do, and it's way easier to do so with my homies!
So join me for some early movement, sunshine, and meaningful conversation 💞
