Finance Circle Munich: Exit & IPO Readiness

HV Capital is excited to announce the next in-person Finance Circle event in cooperation with CoCo Finance on the theme: IPO and Exit Readiness.

For this edition, we are more than happy to partner with:
YPOG – a leading German law firm specializing in corporate law, tax and transactions, with strong expertise in guiding tech companies through IPO processes.
CFGI – a global financial consulting firm supporting growth companies with IPO preparation, technical accounting and financial transformation.
The events will begin at 15:45 CET with a 30-minute interview panel, moderated by CoCo Finance.
Martin Betzwieser, CFO of Ottonova, will join us in Berlin while Jonas Jarosch, CFO of Quantum Systems, and Fabian Brügmann, CFO of Urban Sports Club, will share their expertise on stage in Munich.
YPOG and CFGI will then share their perspectives on the financial, tax, and legal dimensions of exit readiness. In line with last year’s successful format, the event will feature interactive workshop sessions designed to foster meaningful discussions and practical takeaways.
The evening will conclude with food, drinks, and networking, starting at 19:00 CET.
