As part of Delhi Climate Innovation Week 2026, FluxGen Sustainable Technologies, together with Nadhi–SheForClimate, will be convening the Women in Water Circle in Delhi.
This will be a small, curated space for women working across water and sustainability- across policy, startups, CSR, academia, NGOs, and those early in the space to come together for conversation, not presentations.
The intention is simple: to create a high-trust room where people can speak from lived experience, exchange perspectives, and learn from how the work actually shows up on the ground.

Why Women in Water Circle
Despite the growing urgency of water challenges, women working in the sector often operate in silos - separated by discipline, career stage, or institutional boundaries. Opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and career navigation are fragmented and conversations around leadership, funding, and pathways into water remain inaccessible to many.
Women in Water Circle responds to this gap by creating a safe, inclusive, and action-oriented space where women can:

Understand emerging trends and opportunities in the water ecosystem
Access mentorship and peer learning
Build relationships that translate into real-world collaboration

Women in Water is envisioned as a recurring convening, hosted multiple times a year across cities, building a strong, connected community of women leaders and practitioners shaping India’s water future. The launch edition in Bengaluru marks the beginning of this journey.

Note: This is a self-funded event. The registration fee helps cover venue, materials, and event logistics so we can keep these conversations high-quality and accessible.

Refunds and Cancellation:
1.Prior Registration is mandatory. Kindly pay using the QR code below.
2.Fees are non-refundable unless the organizers cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. You’re welcome to transfer your seat to someone else (with prior notice). We would not be able to carry the payment forward or credit it toward future sessions.
