​Season 4: From Workflows to Workflows That Work: Shipping With Claude & MCP

​Henry is a second-time founder backed by South Park Commons. Before building Smithery, he co-founded Jenni.ai and helped scale it from zero to millions in ARR and hundreds of thousands of users. Along the way, he became one of the early practitioners pushing Claude, prompt engineering, model compression, and real-world LLM infrastructure into production.

​Now at Smithery, he’s working hands-on with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem, seeing up close how Claude interacts with tools, APIs, and multi-step workflows. MCP is quickly becoming the bridge that lets Claude automate real work, especially the kind of repetitive back-office tasks that operators, founders, and Notion power users deal with every day.

​At The Stage, Henry will share his current thinking on Claude Skills and MCP tools.

​The session is intentionally open-format. Henry will dive into examples, lessons, and observations from his own work building one of the largest MCP marketplaces.
