​❤️ Who we are

​The Backyard Film Club (TBFC) is a community-based film club for people who love movies and want to share this passion with others. All levels of interest are welcome, whether you watch everything at the cinema or have a handful of films that are special to you.

​🎞️ What Film Circle is

​Have a film you've been wanting to talk about? Film Circle is our monthly meetup where each person introduces a film, scene, or character and shares it with a small group.

​🎬 How you can prepare

• ​Which film, scene, or character are you introducing? (no major spoilers!)

• ​Why did you choose it?

• ​Which part of it was your favorite?

• ​What did you take away from it?

• ​What is an aspect of it you’d like to ask others about?

​(about 5–15 minutes per person, you are encouraged to prepare beforehand!)
