ββπΏ What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
ββWelcome the Spring with a refreshing vinyasa flow. Enjoy a stunning view of the West Village as you move and breath through an active sequence of standing postures, followed by a restful savasana on the floor.
ββWe understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
