514 in Treaty 6

The 514 Film Festival comes to Saskatoon for a free night of film, starting with a 33-minute reel of short films from 514FF in Montréal (each one introduced by its director).

After the reel, Susan Liu is sharing her own short film, Eternal Garden, in a friends and family screening. We're home-cooking the three dishes from the film (cucumber, rice, and tomato and egg), and they'll be ready upstairs from 6:30 pm, so help yourself when you arrive. Come hungry.

Stick around for a Q&A with 514FF co-founder Susan Liu, then a networking hour with details on how Saskatoon filmmakers can submit to 514FF 2027.
