Music for Healing: Forest Bathing // Sound Walk (Live Debut)
About the Event
Join artist and composer Angelica Olstad for the live debut and community launch of Music for Healing: Forest Bathing // Sound Walk in Prospect Park.
This immersive, geolocation-based audio experience transforms Prospect Park Forest into a living, non-linear sound environment activated entirely by your movement. Blending minimalist piano, healing frequencies, and neuroaesthetic principles, this walk is designed to promote calm, support nervous system regulation, and offer a deep connection to nature.
Together, we will transform contemplative listening into an artistic, communal, and healing act, turning nature, ambient sound, and music into a shared musical experience.
