From Prompt to Outcome: Using Claude to Do Real Work
The main instructor will be Viet Le, who will walk participants through a real operational case study—not a polished hypothetical demonstration.
The case began with a familiar business problem.
An e-commerce retailer periodically operated offline pop-up stores. However, its replenishment decisions relied heavily on manual judgement. Slow-selling products were overstocked, fast-selling products ran out too soon, logistics costs were high, and one pop-up ended with a 39% inventory return rate.
Viet consolidated fragmented sales, inventory, revenue, warehouse and transportation data and worked with Claude to identify where the process could improve.
The work produced:
✅ An Excel analysis with the underlying calculations
✅ A leadership report with findings and recommendations
✅ A reusable replenishment template that reviewed each SKU and explained every recommendation
During the workshop, Viet will break down how he used Claude’s Skills, Connectors, Plugins and context to move from a messy problem to an adopted operational process.
He will also share the part that many AI tutorials leave out:
Making Claude work reliably is not always as simple as typing one clever prompt.
You still need to define the outcome, provide the right context, supervise the work, challenge assumptions and validate the result.
There are two things we want every participant to remember:
1. “I did it myself, using my own work.”
This will not be a session where you only watch the instructor type. You will work through the exercises and apply the methods to a real task of your own.
2. “They told me the truth.”
We will not pretend AI is magic. We will show the practical steps, iterations and guardrails needed to use Claude effectively and reliably.
Bring your laptop and a recurring task, report, spreadsheet, presentation or process from your own work.
You should leave with more than inspiration. You should leave with something that works.
