Sui Overflow Taiwan Hacker House
Join the Sui Builder community in Taiwan for a two-day Hacker House. Connect, team up, and build alongside fellow developers, founders, designers, and creators to gear up for the global Sui Overflow Hackathon.
The event unites ecosystem contributors, security researchers, builders, and protocol teams. Through two action-packed days of networking, brainstorming, team matchmaking, live hacking, and project showcases, we will build exceptional projects together.
This is your chance to pitch your project, get direct feedback from judges and ecosystem experts, and accelerate your growth within the Sui community.
No matter if you are an engineer, designer, researcher, founder, or just Web3-curious, this event is designed to connect you with like-minded builders and help bring your ideas to life.

Allen Chu
A Core Contributor at XueDAO and the founder of PawX, a platform that provides Web3 Twitter/X community data. He enjoys exploring new ideas and contemplating life.
Jennifer
Jennifer is currently working at Fluidkey, a self-custodial privacy wallet, and is the founder of the Taiwanese developer community XueDAO. She is dedicated to promoting blockchain technology and enabling more people to explore and discuss the field together.
Astro Hsu（許明恩）
Astro Hsu (Hsu Ming-en) is the founder and sole author of Blocktrend, a leading blockchain media outlet in Taiwan. He excels at simplifying complex technical concepts and has been invited to share his blockchain insights at institutions such as the Central Bank and the Legislative Yuan. He is also a TEDx speaker and was named a Top Writer in the Bitcoin category by Medium.
Michelle
Builder, hacker, writer. Security Research Engineer at Cymetrics, where I pentest production apps and red-team enterprise systems for clients across finance, tech, and beyond. CRTP and CEH certified — also an occasional CTF player. I write at nvnda.dev about what I break and what I learn, translating technical concepts into words and especially diagrams. These days I'm geeking out on tech, startups, and the boring bugs that drain protocols.

Luna（Haedal Protocol BD）
Haedal is the leading liquid staking protocol on Sui, boosting yield with automated vaults and more DeFi initiatives.It provides robust liquid staking infrastructure that allows users to stake SUI and WAL to support network security, governance, and decentralization — while earning staking rewards with liquid, DeFi-usable LSTs.
Beyond liquid staking, Haedal is building a suite of simple and accessible yield products, including Haedal Market Maker and Haedal Liquidity Vault, designed to generate sustainable, on-chain yield for Haedal ecosystem.
By combining native liquid staking, algorithmic yield strategies, and user-friendly product design, Haedal serves as a core pillar of Sui DeFi. Internal Hackathon & Demo Day
In addition to the Hacker House, all participants will take part in an internal hackathon designed to help teams prepare for the global Sui Overflow Hackathon. All judging criteria and submission rules will strictly follow the official Sui Overflow Guidelines.

An additional $500 Shared Pool Prize will be awarded to the outstanding teams selected for the Day 2 Demo Session.
Selection Process
Teams will hack throughout the Hacker House and submit their projects before 12:00 PM on Day 2. The judges will then select the top teams to enter the Demo Session.

Builder、Hacker 與技術寫作者。
Michelle 目前擔任 Cymetrics 的 Security Research Engineer，負責金融與科技產業企業系統的滲透測試（Penetration Testing）及 Red Team 演練。
她擁有 CRTP 與 CEH 認證，並經營技術部落格 nvnda.dev，透過文章與圖解方式分享資訊安全與技術知識。
近年關注領域包含 Startup、生態系安全（Protocol Security），以及那些容易被忽略卻可能持續造成損失的安全漏洞。
