​Bring your scariest dropped-task story. We'll find where the work fell through: too many jobs in one chat, nothing written down, no check that it finished. Then we'll fix it with a task ledger, a check-in routine and a short playbook for what to do when a bot stalls.

​Bring your own question: "why did it forget?", "how do I know it's actually working?", "what do I do when the service is down?" Costumes optional. Real problems required.
